ASPHALT OVERLAY The parking lot is prepared by sweeping debris and apply a track coat so the new asphalt will adhere to the old. After: The parking Lot is striped as per the customers request. Parking blocks can also be installed.

WATER VALVES & MANHOLES Water and manholes are set for new grade on overlay job.

REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT Large or small Jobs are no problem When considering what type of repair to have done, the removal and replacement is going to last the longest. A hydraulic breaker is used for smaller jobs (Picture 863 Bobcat) edges are usually saw cut for a cleaner edge which is easier to maintain

SEALCOAT Sealcoat is sprayed on in two coats, The parking area is first cleaned of weeds and debris. Sand is added to sealer for better traction and durability

ROTOMILLING Rotomilling is used to grind off top layers of asphalt for heavily deteriorated areas with good subgrade. Also recommended use for overlays with curb and gutter
